Wyndham Condominiums

The Wyndham is a luxury Condominium situated in the heart of beautiful Garden City, Long Island, New York.  It includes two Buildings, The Wyndham East, with an entrance on Hilton Avenue, and the Wyndham West, with an entrance on Cherry Valley Avenue.

The Condominiums’ amenities include 24-hour concierge service and valet parking; a full-fitness Health Club; community rooms; gourmet shop and resales office.  The two Buildings are connected via an underground passageway that leads to the Health Club facility, a structure that is centrally located between the two Buildings, and provides resident accessibility to either Building.

The staffed Health Club features a heated pool and separate whirlpool; exercise and aerobics rooms; and ladies’ and men’s full locker room facility with sauna.  The facility also contains a kitchen and community room for gatherings, socials and private functions, and a large adjoining outdoor terrace for lounging and entertaining.  The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a 30,000 square foot pond, with overlooks, and a ¼ mile walking path.  A sitting parlor and small theatre are located in the East Building, along with the gourmet shop and resales center.  The West Building, in addition to the Buildings’ on-site management office, features a large conference room and a separate office facility for resident use.

Residential floor plans are quite unique and include a choice of combinations to suit an individual’s specific needs, ranging from one to four-bedroom units.  Varies styles of units include maisonette (duplex), single floor dwellings and penthouses.  Each residential unit features a terrace/patio for private outdoor lounging.  All Wyndham units are assigned a private storage bin that is conveniently located on the concourse level of the Building.  Although valet parking is included, residents have the option of self-parking their vehicles in the underground parking garage.

The Wyndham Condominiums are located behind the five-star rated Garden City Hotel.  Residents of The Wyndham enjoy easy access to “downtown” shopping on Seventh Street, the Garden City Library, churches, golf courses and the Long Island Railroad.  The commute to Manhattan, on the Hempstead Line, is approximately 51 minutes from the Garden City train station.  The Mineola LIRR station, located just a few miles away, is also a viable alternative for commuting by train to points east and west from the area.
